We want you to be confident before you buy — so we made it easy to try AuthorDeck first.

Try before you buy

A free edition of AuthorDeck runs the very same local engine on the very same machine as the paid product. If the free edition opens and works on your computer, the paid editions will too. Please try it first to confirm compatibility and performance on your hardware.

All sales are final

Because you can verify that AuthorDeck runs on your machine before purchasing, all sales are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law or by the policies of our payment provider (merchant of record).

What is not eligible for a refund

Change of mind after purchase.
Your computer being slower than expected — please check the system requirements and try the free edition first.
Dissatisfaction with the style or quality of AI-generated output, which naturally varies (as described in our Terms).
Buying the wrong item by mistake without contacting us.

If something is genuinely wrong

If AuthorDeck is fundamentally non-functional on a supported system and we cannot resolve it within a reasonable time, contact us and we will make it right. Email admin@authordeck.ai with your order details and a description of the problem.

Chargebacks

If you believe there is a problem with your order, please contact us first — we are happy to help. Filing a chargeback before contacting us may result in your licence being suspended.
